Came back to Mo for my 2018 Passat. This is now my 3rd VW Passat but second with this dealership. They had exactly what I wanted and Mo made things so efficient and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the deal. Everyone I encountered was outstanding.

Carlos Fuentes was great in overseeing my annual service, but also looking into other minor issues that had occurred on my 2016 Golf TSI SE. I would definitely recommend to others moving forward.
I have to say that this was probably one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Granted, I don't particularly like shopping for anything - so to say that buying the car was one of the best is WAY out of character for me. Mark Shapiro is a wonderfully sweet man and was incredibly responsive and diligent in helping me get the best price and get the car I wanted. Samantha Mohan in Finance was also awesome. I had excellent service with Peyman Kahen. Took my Passat to the VW dealer for an oil change. He also changed my back trunk lightbulb. I would definitely go back to him for future car services.
