My car stopped on me and I called Odell Hadley and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of me. When the tow truck dropped my car off, Odell was there to help me with the service. He is always professional and willing to help me get my car back to normal. Thank you Odell for your support. I appreciate you.
I had the pleasure of having my service provided by Luke Young. He was especially nice and courtesy. He honored the discount of my oil change that was shown on their website. He let me know my options for oil change but did not pressure me to get anything that I didnt want. Would come back here again for an oil change when I get a chance. Everyone was very professional.

Worst customer service and care of customer I have ever experienced. This isn’t just a “oh I’m angry because of one interaction” we are a two car family, both cars being VW and we have gone to this location since 2008, we had to leave after shaky service and decided to try them out again because they are much closer then the downtown location. They are horrendous. Please do your self a favor and avoid this location.
Went in for a standard oil service on my Beetle and Odell Hadley was my point guy on it. Very friendly, very professional, very good guy to deal with. Love going to Santa Monica VW. Every time I've gone the experience has been nothing short of stellar. Bought my Beetle there, great people there, and highly recommended. Bravo SMVW!!!
