I just got the Tijuan SE, Raufel Mohammad, very competent, enthusiastic, straight shooter, no hassle sales. It took 3 1/2 hrs from the minute we stepped foot on the sales floor to the minute we left - this included test driving the car and then looking at a few others. I am very pleased with Raufel and my daughter who is 6 yrs old and very picky about people - liked his personality and mannerism. She is a hard cookie to get approval from.
Peyman Kahen was Excellent, EXCellent, EXCELLENT as my maintenance/service advisor. The whole maintenance experience with him was smooth, but the communication with him was top, it was prompt, understanding, cooperative, forthcoming, intelligent, and more importantly, a caring communication.
