very unhappy !!I told them the 2 tires were bad he acted like I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about within 2 weeks had to purchase 2 new tires of 365.oo then I took it back told them the speakers were bad he literally made fun of me and said it was the way it was tuned took to two others places for prices to replace them at another cost of 300. This was all within weeks of getting the vehicle and the the salesperson telling g me I had no idea basically whT I was talking about. very unsatisfied customer .

A very dishonest place to deal with. I had exchanged a lot of information with their team prior to driving 4 hours round trip to finalize the deal. After arriving, they tried to raise the price close to $800. The sales team may be nice, but mine lacked the knowledge of the vehicles they supply. The sales manger lets his ego affect his decision making. Do yourself and favor and go to Evansville or Louisville.

My husband and i bought a new 2018 Tiguan there salesmen are great lobby secretaries are nice and friendly, service department personnel are very friendly also. It is a wonderful dealership to buy a vehicle.
Just purchased a new to us Jetta Sportwagen TDI and took it in this morning for service, and check for open recalls. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend VW of Marion for all your service needs!
