I recently bought my 2nd vehicle from VW of Marion. Tyler Patrick and Jay Wright always do a great job and are so helpful. They helped put me in my dream car. Always a great experience. Definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from them.

Unfortunately, at this time, VW will not allow us to certify the TDIs. We notified you of the mistake as soon as we caught it and told you that you were under no obligation to purchase the vehicle. Ridiculously poor service! If you buy a vehicle and spend a ton of money on a vehicle you should be able to drive it a day at least without having it spend the day in the service department. Do not ever buy a car from here! Spent the entire day sitting in the service department because they do not check the fluids before it leaves the lot like they said they do.
We are returning buyers ,Traded in our CC for 2019 Tiguan and we love it, every experience we've had with Volkswagen has been a fun experience and Have to give credit to Charelle Byrd for keeping it that way she has helped us along the way alot we owe her a big thanks.
I called asking for an appointment with someone who knows electric vehicles, as my family bought an electric Volkswagen (E-Golf) in May. I was told there was one person who specializes in electric vehicles. So I asked for an appointment. But when my husband got to the appointment, he waited for an hour and twenty minutes in the waiting room, only to be told that they do not have anyone there who is qualified to work on electric vehicles. It would have been nice to know that in advance.
