I called asking for an appointment with someone who knows electric vehicles, as my family bought an electric Volkswagen (E-Golf) in May. I was told there was one person who specializes in electric vehicles. So I asked for an appointment. But when my husband got to the appointment, he waited for an hour and twenty minutes in the waiting room, only to be told that they do not have anyone there who is qualified to work on electric vehicles. It would have been nice to know that in advance.
There are so many great things I could say about VW of marion. the customer service, making you feel like part of their family and Cherelle was amazing at going over everything with me about my new Tiguan.
RecommendedThey actually didn’t give us the best offer. We had a better deal on a different car just down the road. However, the dealership, the car, our salesman (Tyler), and overall experience here was incredible and so much better. The buying process was quick and easy. I seriously don’t think I spent more than 10 minutes in the building dealing with financing. We filled the apps out online, emailed/faxed stuff in, picked out our car, showed up, signed, done. RecommendedBought our new Atlas last weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Heather was great to work with and the service was top notch as always. They even had the wrong rebates listed on this one online and still honored the price. I never thought I'd own a VW but after our 17 Passat and the Atlas I can't imagine owning anything else.
