Haven’t even been in yet - but made a phone call. Spent a good ten minutes discussing what was wrong with the car I was looking into buying to see if it was worth the purchase, repair prices, etc. The gentleman (Bryan) on the phone was extremely courteous, honest, and patient (I have zero experience with volkswagens). Made a follow up phone call immediately after and he wasn’t the least bit annoyed, just extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service.
I was treated very well and was able to complete my transaction quickly and efficiently.

I would recommend Volkswagen of Marion based on my positive experience with Tony Glasper and one or two others working there. Specifically, Tony was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and at no time did he employ any pressure in order to complete the sale. I would assume that the qualities I observed in Tony based on his interaction with me would at least in part account for why I observed several individuals waiting to see him and heard them say that they were back to finalize a sale with him. Our experience was great. Cegan was wonderful to work with. He was very informative, and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick, and low pressure. We are very pleased with our purchase, as well as our experience at Volkswagen of Marion.
