Hi just wanted everyone who is looking for a new or preowned auto to come in to Marion Volkswagen. Come in and ask for Cegan and take a drive. Both my husband and I did and we we’re extremely pleased with his Unique customer experience. We both went home with a car that we love to drive.
Haven’t even been in yet - but made a phone call. Spent a good ten minutes discussing what was wrong with the car I was looking into buying to see if it was worth the purchase, repair prices, etc. The gentleman (Bryan) on the phone was extremely courteous, honest, and patient (I have zero experience with volkswagens). Made a follow up phone call immediately after and he wasn’t the least bit annoyed, just extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service.
We had a great experience with Steve and Ryan today. They made us a great offer we couldn’t refuse. It was by far the easiest car deal I’ve ever made. Service is top notch, too. Lucky to have a great VW dealership so close.
Tyler Griffin made our VW experience FANTASTIC!! He was there every step of the way, from finding our dream car to installing our car seats before we drove away! Excellent customer service!

They will not pressure you in to buying and Charelle Byrd is extremely nice as for Ashley church as well they will treat you like family and will do everything in their power to help you in any way possible and you will be satisfied with the quality I didnt have the greatest credit either tbh I had to have a cosigner but I'm very happy with my atlas from them if your in need of a great made car get you a vw the build quality is beyond anything I use to want chevy but tried vw and I'm happier every day I drive my atlas
