There are so many great things I could say about VW of marion. the customer service, making you feel like part of their family and Cherelle was amazing at going over everything with me about my new Tiguan.

They will not pressure you in to buying and Charelle Byrd is extremely nice as for Ashley church as well they will treat you like family and will do everything in their power to help you in any way possible and you will be satisfied with the quality I didnt have the greatest credit either tbh I had to have a cosigner but I'm very happy with my atlas from them if your in need of a great made car get you a vw the build quality is beyond anything I use to want chevy but tried vw and I'm happier every day I drive my atlas

I have had my car serviced there for the past 3 years and love it even more than the dealership I originally purchased my car at in Ann Arbor. Brian from servicing is always THE NICEST person to interact with on phone or in person. The service people and mechanics from the garage having been nothing but polite and the sales people have never been pushy at all which is extremely refreshing.... even when I was trying to push Ryan to get a VW also! I highly recommend Volkswagen of Marion. The staff was very polite and professional. Excellent customer service all the way around. All of the staff was very informative of the workings of all the vehicles. The sales department did an excellent job getting me into my new 2014 Volkswagen Passat SE. I informed the service department of some slight issues upon buying my vehicle and they corrected the problems for me immediately.
