Loved working with Sarah!!! Love my new Atlas!!!!
Hi just wanted everyone who is looking for a new or preowned auto to come in to Marion Volkswagen. Come in and ask for Cegan and take a drive. Both my husband and I did and we we’re extremely pleased with his Unique customer experience. We both went home with a car that we love to drive.
I called asking for an appointment with someone who knows electric vehicles, as my family bought an electric Volkswagen (E-Golf) in May. I was told there was one person who specializes in electric vehicles. So I asked for an appointment. But when my husband got to the appointment, he waited for an hour and twenty minutes in the waiting room, only to be told that they do not have anyone there who is qualified to work on electric vehicles. It would have been nice to know that in advance.
We had a great experience with Steve and Ryan today. They made us a great offer we couldn’t refuse. It was by far the easiest car deal I’ve ever made. Service is top notch, too. Lucky to have a great VW dealership so close.
There are so many great things I could say about VW of marion. the customer service, making you feel like part of their family and Cherelle was amazing at going over everything with me about my new Tiguan.
Perfect! Heather Rice most capable and accommodating! Strongly recommend the Ike Family Dealerships! Especially the good folks at Volkswagen of Marion !
We recently purchased a 2015 VW Passat TDI. Sara, our salesperson, was wonderful. The financial department was also fantastic. It was a speedy process!
The sales person was super, got 3 autos from them
I have had my car serviced there for the past 3 years and love it even more than the dealership I originally purchased my car at in Ann Arbor. Brian from servicing is always THE NICEST person to interact with on phone or in person. The service people and mechanics from the garage having been nothing but polite and the sales people have never been pushy at all which is extremely refreshing.... even when I was trying to push Ryan to get a VW also! If this is ever not the closest dealership for me to go to I’ll miss the excelle... read more
