Walking into a dealership to buy a car can be a very scary and intimidating process but they were able to make it easy and painless they explained eveything to me in detail and were able to assist me in picking out and purchasing a new car.
We were looking for a car and Cegan was the absolute best about working with us, and helping us find our new car. He was patient and so kind. We would definitely buy from him again. Everyone there was so nice and easy to work with. Go buy your car from them!!! You won't regret it

Our experience was great. Cegan was wonderful to work with. He was very informative, and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick, and low pressure. We are very pleased with our purchase, as well as our experience at Volkswagen of Marion.
I highly recommend Volkswagen of Marion. The staff was very polite and professional. Excellent customer service all the way around. All of the staff was very informative of the workings of all the vehicles. The sales department did an excellent job getting me into my new 2014 Volkswagen Passat SE. I informed the service department of some slight issues upon buying my vehicle and they corrected the problems for me immediately.
Our experience was a great one. Everyone was friendly and great to work with.. Heather Rice was our sales person and she was great! Go see her!
