The Service department. I had my VW serviced under the extended warranty service that VW sold me when I bought the car. Dropped off the car at 0730 on Friday AM with the agreement that I would get a call telling me the status of the repairs. I called at 3 PM asking what the status was. They told me that it would ahh be been difficult to get the car done by the end of the day. I told them that I could pick it up on Sat but they said that the car would only be ready on Monday. RecommendedKnowledgeable. No problems. I’ve had bad experiences at OTHER dealerships but these guys are pro’s. I have a few VW’s. 2011 Jetta, 2004 R32, 88,87,85 Sciroccos.
