First off their maintenance people are very nice. Pam has done a great job explaining everything to myself and wife and many occasions and compensated when things didn't go as expected. Used to be a 5 start dealer until it changed owners. I just brought in my Golf TDI for warranty work and have to pay for a rental OUT OF POCKET!!! They don't to loaner cars any more so even if you car is under warranty and needs fixed be ready to pay rental fees!
Had to get a recall fixed on the car and not only the staff and service were amazing the guy that shuttled me to and from the super target was awesome and nice, a really great experience here and I wish I asked his name to give a shout-out 😑
Passat TDI. They determined it was a bad turbo and that is was covered by the factory. The key was they communicated with me thru the whole process. Definitely will let them service my car again. Thank you Sara!!!
Had a 7:30 appointment car wasn’t pulled in until 8:30 not sure what the purpose of an appointment is this was for a recall after the experience I had when I bought the car there I said I would never go back I do not recommend

Safford does not honor customers who purchased vehicles before the change to Safford. We have purchased 5 Volkswagens at this location and have been loyal through all of the changes over the years. We are very disappointed in how management has treated us. Just had my last oil change and service. Going forward we will look to Karen Radley for further servicing and purchases. The service we have received from Pamela in the service department over the years has been wonderful. We will miss you and your professionalisms Pamela.
