When I bought my Volkswagen, I was given oil changes for life. I was told this program changed. Don't give a perk and then take it away. That's just not right.

They gave text updates, did the warranty work in one day, and I didn't have to pay a dime! they even went above my expectations by completing a recall I didn't even know about ! Pamela was very informative and cooperative. my CEL is gone!

My 21yo daughter took her car in for an inspection and oil change that is supposed to be free for the life of the car and was told she had to pay over $100. We bought the car under a different dealership name but the certified warranty has always been honored. Thank goodness for Pam as she talked with the GM and got it taken care of. As for Carlos Ramos, good luck dealing with him. So very unprofessional to be a manager. Very rude to my daughter.
