Great people, great service and great prices.
so I've purchased many cars in my life. this experience was pretty straight forward. did the deal over the phone they honored everything, drove 300 miles and got the car. a few minor hiccups, one caused by me, but the level of communication by Sean and Richard was Outstanding. everything was resolved and I am 100% satisfied!!! a true testament if an experience is how things can resolved when something doesn't go as planned. and for that reason I will buy from VW of Fredericksburg again!!!
Had an oil change done on our Touareg TDI and the tech did not put the correct amount of oil in, causing the low oil warning to come on once we were about 30 miles from the dealer. It was 2 quarts low. I looked at the finished work order and found that they only put 6 qts into a sump that the manual says needs 8 qts. In all fairness, service manager was very apologetic and gave us a free oil change next time. Still, that is just shoddy work.
Pam sanders is the secret weapon in the service department. I have had many dealings with Pam And. lregardless of the outcome Pamela is very kind and considerate.pam makes sure to ask you if you need shuttle service and to keep you posted on your service. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with water and coffee and snacks there is a large TV ALSO. AND FREE WI FI. I GIVE HER ALL TENS
If I could give them Zero stars I would ! We just happened to be looking at the same car as someone else . They were on the lot first and we test drove it first . They got to buy the car and we were told sorry ! The manager didn’t even try to sell us anything else or make a deal to make us look as another car they just let us drive away !
Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
