RecommendedVery understanding for my need
Basically re-flashed my car with no warning. Didn’t call or tell me about it before they did it, didn’t tell me about it after I picked it up. Drove it home an ran like crap. Nobody went over estimate with me. Probably because they knew I would filp seeing that they reflashed my car on estimate. Just poor service. And can’t trust the young boy techs in there, they’ll run the piss out of any car, Espically one with a tune

Recently purchased a 2019 VW Atlas from Safford VW in Fredericksburg, I have to say I have been purchasing cars my entire life and I am old!!! this by far was the best experience I have had buying a car. Everyone from the salesman, sales manger, finance, customer service, and the owner were professional and went above and beyond to make sure it was a pressure free pleasant experience buying the car. they may have a nice product, but their service department has terribly LONG turn time!
I would not trust this dealership. Late post but needed to be said. Last year (2018) we purchased a used vehicle from here. A 2013 tahoe lt, they showed us the carfax which showed one owner, told us that the GM friend was the first owner and it was well taken care of. Our sale person was Nadia. They gave us the tun around about getting the 2nd key to the vehicle it took two months after coming home with the vehicle to get the extra key that they owed us because they never return our calls.
