I would most definitely recommend Safford VW to my friends and family. I was originally going to drive to Richmond, VA for a specific car I saw but decided to stop in at Safford VW first. I did a test drive Saturday and bought the car Tuesday lol so I’d say I loved it and saved me a trip down to Richmond. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Thank you to Rich and Emily who were non pressuring and professional with great customer service!

I don’t recommend Safford VW based on a horrendous experience I had, having my windshield replaced. The shop that Safford sub contracted out to failed to properly align the new windshield into the frame and is now at an angle. Due to this improperly installed windshield my lane assist will freak out on a large bend in the road on the way home and a few interior and exterior pieces of trim no longer fit properly. I had my 2015 beetle convertible serviced this past Saturday. It was a great experience. I can’t express how disappointed I am in the service I received from this dealership. I had my car towed their last Monday for a key to be replaced. I had to call 5 times to inquire about my car because no one contacted me. I was originally told it would take 1-2 days and so I rented a car for 3 days. Monday (this is day 7)I called to see if my car was done and I was told I could pick up by 7:30 pm.
