AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are MUCH BETTER other VW dealerships that have more competitive offers with a much more friendlier atmosphere. If you would like to be accused of fraud for not purchasing a vehicle with this location because another dealership had a much better offer feel free. Dropped my car off on a Sunday night for an oil change and alignment for Monday morning. When I picked my car up Monday , there were some items missing from my car. A service technician stole my vape pen and I’m very mad that I can not trust this dealership any more. Five years no problem . And now this. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. 0/5 stars. And the alignment is not even done correctly to make matters worse

I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I came to this VW dealership in stafford to see if I could purchase a vehicle but didn't because of their terrible offer and sense of bad vibes. I guess I was correct not purchase a vehicle with you guys. So I went to another dealership and found a much better deal. You disrespectful people lied on me and called me a fraud. Had an appointment and stood and waited for 10 to 15 minutes before being checked-in. I wasn’t used to that at my last dealer they met me at my car door. Not sure if this was a Covid thing, still multiple employees walked by and ignored me. Also, I thought for $100 oil change I would get my car washed at least, nope, not here. They moved the car seat and left it set to their employees seat adjustment. Wasn’t pleased and will not return.
