RecommendedThis was my first visit to Safford VW and it was a great experience. Pamela was my service contact and she was terrific...very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I especially like the text communication - makes it easy to exchange information. My car was ready that afternoon and everything was fixed as promised! Next time I need to schedule service, I’ll be calling to schedule an appointment at Safford!

RecommendedTook my 2013 Passat in for service and left with my car and a new 2020 Tiguan R-Line for my wife. Very positive experience. I have worked with Hillary at another dealership in the past, and she did not disappoint this time either. Very friendly, helpful and honest. The same goes for the sales manager and Finance manager we worked with. We did not plan to leave with a new car but they really worked to get us where we wanted to be! Definitely will be back in the future!
