Repeatedly phoned for a price to repair my car - promised to phone back but they didn't.
I phoned two garages for quotes to replace a starter motor. The first quoted £180 parts and labour included. Phoned Volks Tek and they quoted the same and I checked that Vat and everything was included in that and he said yes it was. So, I booked it in as I had used them before. When I got the call to say it was ready, I was informed that the bill was £277 and when I said I was quoted £180 the guy said no it's definitely £277, you must have mis-heard.
