My air conditioner is in and cooling as I write this. I was very happy with my service from Vogel and learned a lot in the process. Adam Stroup showed me in detail how my new equipment works and how to keep it in "good" working order. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Grant came out, took a look at everything and told us what he thought would be our best option. He was available for questions and very helpful! Then when Dan B. Came out to do the install he spoke with me and my father in law as well, told us the issues and set up, jumped right in and got things going. Today we had Vogel Heating & Cooling come to service our air conditioning units. This was our first time using them and were really pleased with our service tech Rick. He was very nice and explained every detail with us. We will definitely be using them in the future. Great job Rick!!
