Vogel came in with the best price when obtaining estimates for a new boiler. Tim, the rep, came over a couple times, and was thorough and personable, explaining everything well. He gave us the quote in a reasonable amount of time. Dennis C. was our installation man. He completed the work in 2 days (and what a work of mechanical "art" it is!), also explaining and instructing us in things we needed to know. Scott called ahead of time to confirm arrival time. Was on time. Courteous, and friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained things in layman's terms.

Newly installed 1st floor AC unit was making a buzzing noise, cooling but noisy. Called Vogel and a tech was sent out, followed by a phone call from them the next day saying "we are going to replace your AC unit"! No arguing, no begging & pleading by me...just super customer service! An "atta boy" to tech R. Barge and to Vogel Heating & Cooling!!

I called Vogel first thing this morning because our air conditioner wasn't working and they sent Jeff H. out to our house this afternoon. That in itself was great. But I can't say enough good things about Jeff! It was the hottest day of the year so far (95!) and he spent 2.5 hours outside diagnosing the problem and eventually replacing the motor. He gave us options for fixing our 24 year old system vs. replacing it and didn't complain when we originally said we'd replace it and then changed our minds 10 minutes after he left... read more

VOGEL ROCKS!! Like many of us, I waited until the last minute to have a routine service done on my AC before it gets too hot. First of all, the ladies that answer the phone and set up the appointments were understanding, friendly and wonderful to work with. They got me taken care of faster than I expected, especially this time of year. Then they sent me Jesse to do the service. What a knowledgeable tech, with outstanding customer service skills. Jesse called to let me know he was on his way and then arrived promptly. He was very helpful and courteous in explaining what was wrong with our A/C and describing what our options were for next steps. We settled on one and our A/C is now working! I am very happy with the service Jesse and Vogel Heating & Cooling continue to provide for our home. He's definitely an asset to the team!
