We bought our current home last summer and the heating system burnt out last week. The warranty company (AHS - beware!) denied our claim because it was caused by a malfunction. Anyways, Vogel was able to come out to give us an estimate and had a technician out the next morning to put in a new system. We had no heat in the house for 3 days while waiting for the warranty company, so we really appreciated how quickly Vogel got things done. This company recently bought New Systems Heating and Cooling but fortunately they still have our absolute favorite guy working for them. His name is Joe Stone. This young man is a real jewel! He does excellent work on our unit and we receive fantastic customer service from him. He is extremely polite, courteous and very positive in his attitude. Never in our life have we met a better repairman. We highly recommend Joe for your furnace/AC maintenance and repair.
