I cannot imagine a better experience. From sales to service to additional parts being delivered to the installer while he continued working... The entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!! Well done Vogel Team!!!

On the down side my air conditioner went out long before it should have. Now comes the positive. my service technician Rick Barge did a great job by giving me an explanation as to why my air conditioner wouldn't be servicing me this summer and the proceeded with a great selling job on my purchase of my new air conditioner. Thus my meeting and introduction three days later to Steve Rammelsburg my HVAC Installation Specialist. Very pleased with Vogel Heating and Cooling. My air conditioning wasn't coming on, so after Rick checked it, he said the thermostat switch was bad. He was so nice. They have been servicing our home for a long time and are very good.

Woke up this morning and my furnace is not working. I have maintenance done every year by Vogel Heating & Cooling. I called them and they had a tech call me back within 5 minutes. He will be here within the hour. That is what I call fantastic service. If you ever need furnace/air conditioning service I can recommend Vogel.

Kurt R. is the best technician I've ever encountered. He was polite, informative, and very helpful. I worked above and beyond expectations and repaired my system as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am a life long Vogel customer from now on. Thank you Kurt!

Jeff called me about a year or so again & told Vogel Heating & asked me if I was interested in having his new company could keep his services. I said YES & have been with you ever since. On Monday Dec 15, 2014 Dan installed a new furnace for me mostly by himself. It was an all day job. He worked very hard to install it as it was very cold that day. He always made sure his shoes were covered so he didn't dirty my floors. He was very patient in answering my questions. I had him clean the air ducts in each room. He did it all. ... read more

Rick B. was polite, competent, diligent, hard working and did a great job not only cleaning my two furnaces but also explaining everything to me. He reviewed the cleaning of my filters (12 total on two units, 3 different types) and all about the broken humidifier .. which we will probably be replacing. He is really a nice guy and I will request him forever after (Prior to Rick we always had John A .. for YEARS .. but I have learned John went to the commercial side of the company .. but he always did a great job, too. Rick Barge did a great job of servicing my A/C and cleaning the ducts. He was right on time and very friendly. He also went out of his way to keep things very tidy. This is one reason my family has been using Vogel for over 40 years!!
