Never had problems with all staff they always very helpful, polite and helpful to us all the time. We owe them the world and much more will never change from Vodafone they are they best x
Complete lack of transparency regarding decision making in clients accounts. Vague answers when questions asked. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
To confirm, this is about the web site, not the store. To speak to a person, is impossible. Information states, you can make an in store appointment, by calling 191, well you can't.....not fit for purpose, to be honest.y
I had a problem with Vodafone and Jack went that extra mile to sort it out, absolutely, absolutely brilliant. So, if you have a problem then Jack's the one to sort it out
