Absolutely abysmal service - the reception itself is extremely loud, one of the doors is broken and staff consistently slam it, despite it being a mental health service. Staff (including senior management) refuse to share details of how to escalate formal complaints and make SAR's. Many doctors in this service allow personal biases and beliefs regarding working class people to trickle into their 'care' for patients which has resulted in me feeling dehumanised and degraded by more than one doctor. The place smells bad not sure if they have cleaners in the building but under nhs they have let their standard drop please sort it out I hate turning up with the awful smell make me feels nauseous 🤢
Circus of a place. Totally incompetent. Staff lie on a daily basis and try to shift the blame on . They Forget the safe code were medication is stored for their patients. They are not interested in making people better in any shape or form I genuinely feel sorry for the paicents who they are supposed to care for. The other reviews on here speak for their self
They book appointments, you turn up and are sat waiting for ages to then be told it was cancelled. When asked why you weren’t informed, they tell you they left a voicemail. Liars, I don’t have voicemails on. They need to stop chatting crap and shut that place down. The staff are constantly leaving so you’re never able to have a set psychiatrist.
I’ve been using this service for about six months now and have always found the staff to be kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. I’d like to thank them, especially Dr. Shoham for her attentiveness, understanding, and professionalism. She’s been a great help to me.
