I work so unfortunately have to pay market rate for a home in the same areas as people with the same detached housed with garage. Funny thing is, alot of these homes have 2 people working on a good wage. It would be 10 stars if I was offered a home with well below market cost per month. Best thing to do is bum about when younger, get a new detached house for alot less than market rent, then get better jobs for holidays abroad every year.
I have previously left a good review, this was based on the Sales team before I actually lived in a VIVID property. I now understand they have to be good at their job to lure you in! If you 're thinking of shared ownership with VIVID please use another company. I have lived in my flat for a couple of years and I have had numerous issues and they just do not care. You can never get through waiting over an hour just to be cut off! Another 45 minutes and got through to someone who kindly cut me off.
Lisa below has had a lucky escape not being able to buy a home from vivid. Lisa have you not read all the negative reviews on Google and trustpilot? Had Lisa managed to force vivid to sell her a home from hell and a lifetime of hell to match it Lisa would have truly experienced hell in many ways with no escape. I have to say 1 star is a huge stretch for this company. Vivid have absolutely no morals or integrity at all, and I have never met such a diabolical run business in my life. I would like to say that this year, 2025, was our 4th attempt with getting a shared to buy home. They have once again outdone themselves with God awful behaviour and lack of service.
