Horrible experience! I have no idea how this place has 5 star ratings or how they are even licensed and state board approved. Not only do they have clients wait for 4 plus hours in the waiting room to be seen. This is the second time I went and was waiting 4 hours to be seen yet everyone else would go immediately when they arrived. I felt singled out because I was not Hispanic. The ONLY good experience I had here was getting my blood drawn. From the beginning, they didn’t tell me my $750 deposit was non refundable, even if I get denied for surgery. I paid my deposit and after blood work, got denied. They refuse to give me my deposit back! SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS!
