I recently visited this solicitor's office for a simple task - filling out an ID form. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. The staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me. Despite being 7 months pregnant, I was left feeling uncomfortable and upset. Quoted me £10 per signature explained I needed advise along with the sighatures. Went there and they then tell me it will be £550 + vat as they made a mistake. Ridiculous.
