Dr McKernan and his staff are great. The mercy clinic that covers for him when he is out of town is just plain awful. They don't even seem to know who Dr McKernan is when we call nor can they actually help. I explained that I was calling about a rash on my 4 year olds face and an OB called me back! When I finally talked to a doctor who can treat a child she suggested I take him to the ER... For a simple rash. I only wish I knew the office was closing early today so I could have called sooner and saved myself all this trouble... read more
We just love Dr Mckernan and his team, they are the sweetest people...and are very professional. They genuinely care about you, and treat you like family. We have been so blessed by them. We highly recommend Vitae Family Care!
