Oliver was always available, solution-oriented and very helpful throughout the home buying process and even after completion. Thank you very much!
Agent was pleasant and service was well managed. On completion day however the agent only handed over one set of keys, the remaining sets were with a third party whom we then had to contact ourselves and arrange to get the keys which took 2 weeks.
