their booking an appointment system is just joke. most of the gp s are same. the health system in UK doesn't work ! its because they wanna privatised it.
Having recently moved to Eastbourne, this was my first visit to Grove Road Surgery. Received both a face-to-face doctor's appointment and blood test on the same morning of my telephone call. Receptionist, nurse and doctor could not have been more professional, thorough and kind. I found the surgery to be most efficient in everyway. Thank you.
Phoned today to try and arrange phone consultation to discuss recent ENT report and MRI scan results ! Was told it takes 3 weeks to scan results into the system and that it isn’t possible to make appointments except on the day !! The surgery takes on more and more patients ( I’ve been waiting for an appointment and watched the receptionist give out forms to complete on more than one occasion ) Yet they cannot even arrange appointments for those who have been with the surgery for years.
