Terrible, unprofessional agency! Don't have business with them. I NEVER had a human replied for a call -- only robot. Robot, that sends an SMS me to a FISHING website "vsm.bz" that collects your data. On that website there is a messaging system, where also, no one replies, even though it says you are "talking to" Omer Riza, Position: Landlord. What, landlord? This bot never replied also to my enquiry. This agency is on the same below the ground level as Flex agency.

So far, so good. Spoke to Yasser and Mark. It was nice to contact a company where there is not a call centre. Yasser always answers the phone and is polite and professional. There was a hiccup in the beginning in trying to pay, but it was sorted by the bank in the end. I have had bad experiences with estate agents not passing on enquiries and not giving stats, with visum, you are in control. I have had 2 enquiries in the first day. Thanks for being so great.
