This place is a literal nightmare. Dog excrement everywhere, trash everywhere, the office staff is beyond rude, unprofessional and inept at their jobs. Avoid this place and their management company, Echelon, if you can. Water shut off problems for the past 6 months straight, elevator problems as well for the past 6 months, there's broken glass littered constantly around the stairwells, there are no lights outside sections of apartments and rights of way that lead to and from the elevators. Bella y tranquila residencias, cerca del zoo de Miami y facil acceso a la autopista turpike. Hermosas areas comunes, personal de oficina amable. Perfecto para familias. Beautiful and quiet residences, close to the Miami Zoo and easy access to the turpike highway. Beautiful common areas, friendly office staff. Perfect for families.
