Responsive and genuinely awesome management. The building is well maintained, clean and perfectly located. I particularly appreciate the Core Power Yoga studio right in the building.
We just moved out after a year lease. Although we had a couple grievances (elevator in our building broke about 6 times over the year period, parking passes and guest parking, an occasional overabundance of dog poop on the property), overall, we loved this place. The apartments are beautiful and clean (we had the espresso cabinets). The patio area is very spacious. The staff is amazing and always friendly. This apartment complex is the best best complex I ever lived in. The staff is super helpful, friendly and caring. They make sure your needs are met on a timely manner. Renato, the manager, has gone above and beyond to resolve any issue or question we might have. The gym, the office and the pool area are always clean. Prices are very reasonable for the area too. Only 1 minute drive to I-225 and 2 minutes to I-25. Oh and I don't have pets but this complex has a dog park!

RecommendedOne of the most energy efficient apartment buildings you can find in Denver. Certified LEED Gold. Where we choose to live communicates what we value. Great to be able to live somewhere like LoHi Gold where we can spend our money aligned with our values and love for the environment, especially here in beautiful Colorado. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable to everything, including downtown Denver. Having such a nice CorePower yoga in the building is a big bonus too!
