Monaco South could improve if they demolished the entire place and build a new/better apartment complex.

Between poor management and the inability for maintenance to do their job on time. It is not a place you want to live. Parking is a joke they say they tow but they don't so don't bother with a pass. Don't even think about walking anywhere at night because it is really poorly lit. Honestly, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. LOVE you Vista Way. Building number 16. Years 2002 & 2003. Great place, loving people and the best times and memories of those years 🍺💜💛💜 I made friends from Peru, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Mexico, South África, England, Italy, Norway, Sweden, United States, and more. Vista Way...I Will back.
The place looks nice to get you in, but once you're a resident, prepare for filth, stroke inducing stress and random extra costs. The old management ran a tight ship but GP remind me if slumlords in NYC. Don't waste your time when there's 4-5 brand new buildings in the neighborhood (with AC at that!). I wouldn't recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here.
