It’s a shame that the manager of this place is Nancy Walton. It’s a shame that management will respond to this in a manner of disrespect because they want to be in the right. My father is dying. His truck was over the line. I get that, I just needed some help. The staff doesn’t care about me or my fathers situation. They have repeatedly taken our rent twice directly from our account for the same month and make no attempts to hurriedly return it. Once you remove their access to your bank account, they charge your utilities and a $50 fee for NSF due to no account being linked anymore. They don’t respond to requests to correct their errors. We reported them to the BBB for their poor practices and don’t recommend moving here unless you’re ok with having your bank account overdrawn and your money not returned in a timely manner.

RecommendedGreat place to live👮🏻♂️I was a previous tenant to Club Prado and I can say I true enjoyed my stay here. I offered a security service and it was a piece of cake. All residents are very respectful and very nice. The properties staff are amazing. Very nice , professional and go above and beyond to meet all residents expectations. I recommend this building !

Sad to say this move has been a complete disappointment. Unit was promised for me on 7/25. I stopped at the office on 7/24 to pay prorated rent. Was told carpet was going in that afternoon and unit would be ready. Arrived at 10AM 7/25 with a moving crew and was informed they were still waiting on carpet replacement.
