RecommendedWe have been residents at Emerald Palms apartment homes for over 3 years. I have seen people come and go, but we have stayed. There is just some thing about this place that makes you feel at home. Perhaps it's the management that has always made us feel like an integral part of this community. Beware! We lived at Wildwood for several years. Although not perfect it had what we needed so we continued to renew. We maintained excellent rent and tenant history. Unfortunately, Covid forced an unexpected move. Rather than work with us as promised we were immediately thrown to collections. With bogus charges and fees the office staff acknowledged were incorrect. Management, Dawn Bledsoe in particular, is atrocious! Horrible person to have in a customer facing role.

RecommendedI love the pool and beautiful landscaping at this property. Trees and flowers galore. I met wonderful people and always felt safe. Spacious open floor plans and great patios. My place was always quiet, and I always felt a sense of community. General maintenance sometimes took persistence and patience but issues were resolved— Challenging due to sheer size of property. Recommend! Grapevine is a great place with caring people.
RecommendedWe really are enjoying our new home here! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, and the staff has been friendly and very responsive to our maintenance requests. And our unit is updated and lovely. A great place to call home!
