My husband went in yesterday afternoon after experiencing pain in his lung's and coughing. After 3 hour's of waiting, they didn't even x-ray his lung's. No medication. Today we are going to see his primary who sent him to the ER in the first place, to get medication's and treatment that he should have received at Vista. He is also diabetic. Very dissapointing.
Took my son to the ER yesterday, he fell off the monkey bars at school and fractured his wrist. My sons primary doctor told us to have him paged when we arrive. The receptionist did not page the doctor per my request and we waited an hour and a half before someone came to our room. The staff was very friendly unfortunately we were sent home with a "sprain" then later called to inform us that my sons wrist was in fact fractured! How do they miss that?? We were there for the cath lab. The staff was friendly and professional. Once admitted for observation, the staff was attentive. Overall, one of our better experiences at this hospital.
The staff is looking after my girlfriend really nice , in the ER last night , my girlfriend had wet the bed & wet her self , cause of the condition , I told or asked the ER nurse about the issue , they responded quickly..

Had a surgery January 30th of this year. I received an excellent care from the nursing staff, doctor, anesthesiologist and even from the receptionist. I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. Overall experience was fantastic and I rated this hospital a 5.
Ended up in HP's ER with a very ill family member! The wait time and treatment was awful, 10 hrs!! Been in Vista's ER and Vista Lindenhurst and all I can say is your ER staff Rocks!!! Keep up the good work Vista!!!
