I was more than amazed, every single person was personable, professional, and attentive. Always keep an opened mind . I was always told negative or derogatory info with reference to this hospital not so. It was a clean beautiful room with good food choices. I had multiple procedures with the latest and most modern up to date intivataive technology and tools (i got the robot ) I felt safe well cared for i was treated well i will be sending a letter to the president of the hospital. My experience with the maternity ward (March 2015) was amazing. Absolutely everything was perfectly how I wanted.
I'm here since noon, my dad has a ultrasound and is 2:00 pm and they told me that know he is here. They going to call him when they ready. Is why I never do my appoiments at this hospital.
The Waiting Time is ridiculous 8 Hours just to be Seen then another wait when I get to the back
My family has had nothing but wonderful experiences at Vista. Waukegan is fortunate to have such a quality medical center. Always recommend to friends and family!
