Was VERY surprised how nice the hospital is now. Staff was very nice and attentive.
Long wait time, triage nurse was awesome and compassionate an very professional, how ever long wait time to get seen in E.R. The nurse that discharged me was incompetent, she misinformed me about my meds, she had no idea that I was a nurse who actually had pharmacology in my nursing program . She told me my meds were not a narcotic, clearly it was. Where did you find this nurse. S.M.H . She told me I could fill my script at the at the kiosk in the waiting room! Really????? Doctor came in and yelled at my child with some bs diagnoses. No bed side manner what so ever. Funny thing is the doc got it so wrong because now I'm sick with the same thing!
Spent 10 hrs in the ER waiting for a room then 2 more hours for the nurse to come into the room to get my father settled. Then I go every day and sit with my father because if I don't he has no assistance going to the washroom. He is left long hours in pain even after he has asked for medicine. I also noticed his roommate stay soiled for hours until I became upset and demanded he be changed after he was left in his mess for hours ignored by the staff.
I would rate them 0 there service is no good they take forever to attend you they need more doctors on staff for so many people that comes in for there services I took my father to the er with breathing problem and they took forever to give him Oxgen knowing that he had open heart surgery 7months ago and still having problems I would take him to another hospital for better service also when You have a balance and you don't pay it they will take you to court not knowing people situation with as much people they get in the er ... read more
They take forever to take care of you. Thank God no one was dying! No one should ever go here! This place sucks they need a new hospital! Close this shity place down already!!
The nurse named Rachel has a very negative attitude, she was lazy to do her job all ways asking for help, and she poke my sister 7 times because she couldn't find the vein. She has no ethic. She was rude and rough at the moment of the procedure. She should be retired all ready.
They miss diagnosed my son. Said it was sum desease but honestly it was a cold. They suck and will always suck.
