Horrible hospital experience, the vista physician group itself is a joke, I honestly don't think they take there job seriously. Tossed me around my entire pregnancy until it was to late to change ob providers and then waited 2 weeks until my due date to tell me my ob was leaving the physician group even tho I drive 45 min away from home just to see her, also have poor communication skills and have patents waiting on hold for absurds amount of time. I sat on the phone for over an hour this evening trying to schedule a mammogram and no one answered! How is one to make an appointment if no one answers??
They’re trash. If you have an emergency. You’ll die before they come to you 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. So I came over there with some issues in my breast .instead of them helping me , they let me go to find help on my own. They prescribed me an antibiotic that made it case Worse . A few days later when my doctor saw my breast, she quickly told me to go to the ER so since I learned my lesson I went to advocate condell medical center in libertyville and these people did exactly what vista should’ve done. Well if I could upload my video I would, had a roach in the room running around the floor. Used the rest room in the lobby what a mess blood all over the floor.
