So, today is the 4th time that my glasses have to be remade. Ordered glasses in August and each time they have to be remade it is 2-3wks. Seems like there is no QA when I can hand the glasses to a supervisor and he immediately responds with, yeah those bifocals are low. How many times should I have to go through this? Store supervisor was helpful, but I’m at the end of my rope.

I’ve spent close to three hours on hold today, trying to get through to this store with a very simple question about an order I placed last week. And judging by the other comments on this page, this happens a lot. I have better things to do, frankly, and I'm really considering canceling this order. If I can ever speak to someone at this store, that is. They explained every test that they did. And, made sure I understood what the insurance paid.
I was in last Friday and I was charged twice for my glasses of 292.00 called the store and the associate denied it but I have proof. worst customer service ever. The stores is in Rochester, Minn
Waited weeks for a appointment. Waited 2.5 weeks for my glasses to arrive . Picked them up and the woman said I could back anytime for a adjustment. I work long hours as a healthcare worker , so I had a day off and drove the half hour . The store had one customer, who left . The store was completely empty except for three staff. They wouldn’t help me , no appointment and none available. Two sat a desk, a third was wiping glasses. Completely empty store . How is any money being made ?

these people suck! have messed up a pair of glasses twice in 1 year apparently they don't know how to do a prescription pair of glasses
Been going there for years haven’t had a problem yet. But due to Covid things has been a little bit slow just be patient I did
In the past, good service and product Now w new company, 3out of 3 glasses had to be remade due to poor workmanship. Staff were great but product not being made well Don’t recommend Visionworks
