Unprofessionalism at its finest...went to purchase some glasses on November 11,2020...were scheduled to pick them up Friday November 20,2020 but I went to pick them up today November 23,2020...only to get there and find out that the frames I picked out were DISCONTINUED...didn’t even give me the common courtesy to notify me that they were....I had to find out when I got to the store...I had words with the associate who worked there..when indeed it was the general manager who helped me..he didn’t even know what he was doing..... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Kathleen. During Covid-craziness, she made sure of safety first. Then she repaired my frames that a different vision company on Ft Bragg messed up so bad. (I could not even get my frames repaired at my ophthalmologist this summer here in Fayetteville due to Covid.) After Kathleen was done, she was spraying and wiping everything down. She is a prompt, courteous and friendly professional!

Every time I go to get more contacts they say I need another eye exam. I only buy a 6 month supply at a time and had a exam this year already, so you do the math. The lady that was working in the front had trouble looking up my info and I’ve been there multiple times for a couple years. Then she said I had a current prescription only to find out when I got back to the contact area the lady back there refused to sell me any because my prescription was now magically expired. Worst experience ever! They made glasses and put the wrong lens in them. Went back in been a month no glasses and you cant get a human on the phone to talk to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!

After attempting to get my prescription, the manager Diane refused saying it violated HIPPA and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is corporate bullying at its finest. Stay as far away from here as possible.

They have horrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the phones. They overbook themselves and are never on time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I no longer have eye insurance so need my prescription. They refuse to email it to me and are making me go in to retrieve my prescription in the middle of a pandemic. The male I talked to there was a obviously a miserable dude who doesn't get laid enough and was extremely rude. They use the excuse that they can fax my prescription but don't have access to outside email. Worst experience ever Terrible customer service have online appointments for that can’t be done. I even got a follow up email to make sure I remember my appointment, I thought it was nice. Low and behold I arrive to the store and There’s No Doctor on staff and the only thing the associate could say is that there online appointment system is jacked up. Didn’t offer any apologies for the time and money 💰 I wasted coming there during a Pandemic. I’m sure other I glass stores would love to have me and my family money.....

I usually have to make a separate trip to find out if my order is ready since nobody answers the phone at the Kingston, NY store....maybe you could improve by actually following through on your commitments.
