I ordered contacts after my eye exam 3 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting on them🤦🏾‍♀️they kept me on hold for at least 30 mins each time I’ve called, had 2 people promised to call me back after calling the vendor for a status update and they never did. What kind of business is this?

Visionworks closed without notice due to Covid. My partner purchased glasses on November 23rd, 2020. We missed the first pickup day a week later. The next day they were closed without notice (no phone call or anything) and no method to pick up the glasses in a socially distanced manor. A worker was inside when we stopped by and refused to drop his glasses outside. They should have mailed them at the very least. Their customer service is extremely poor at this location. They don't answer their phones in Ithaca or Elmira. I even hit "1" for emergency and they didn't answer. Worst customer service = Won't be going back!

Fast appointment, great customer service, attention to detail and a fantastic staff and doctor! I’m so grateful for this new found appreciation for Visionworks... I had lost faith after visiting other locations, but my faith has been renewed with the Annapolis location 🙌🏼

I was there to get a screw for my glasses. Fell out. Need appointment to replace screw and won't get back for 2 to 3 days. Lost my business.

In October I took a pair of glasses to get a screw put in. The person assisting me broke the arm on my frame. She never ordered my replacement frames. I stopped by and spoke with David one of the managers. He was awesome he told me to pick any frames I liked and they would replace them at no cost to me. I’m very pleased. My new glasses are very nice.

I made an appointment on November 16 to have my contact lens appointment today. That was almost a month ago. I got to the store to be told that someone had tried to call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. There was no message on my cell phone as I looked at it while standing there dumbfounded. I came home and checked my home phone in case I had somehow missed the call or had an unheard message on the answering machine. There was no message or missed call. They had extremely good service lady that help me was very helpful and nice and process of getting the glasses was very fast so yes I do recommend visionworks
