We returned after having some customer service issues, and had our prescriptions ordered for the frames I payed for, and decided to upgrade another personal pair under the minimal option that was allowed after purchasing the first pair. We payed our Co pay for that second order but were given the run around a few weeks later while picking up the first prescription/frames ordered. RecommendedI so appreciate a truly valuable employee, Besaida, who was able to research and locate new frames compatible with my old ones I broke today. She was able to have my still intact lenses inserted and I walked out being able to see again! Besaida is fabulous!!!

Each time, he has gone above and beyond to help make my experience fantastic. I will recommend Visionworks to all of my friends largely because of William. Fiancé and I got off work early to get glasses today just to come to the store and it be by appointment only. It says this nowhere online and was a complete waste of our time. I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past on glasses but after this, I probably won’t be back. Why waste someone’s time? Either put it on your webpage and make it clear or just open the store.
