I ordered lenses for my sons sports goggles on dec 4th. I was called and told they have arrived. I went to the location 4 separate occasions and the goggles were no where to be found. I purchased the goggles from an outside vendor. Mind you I was give multiple stories about the weather etc. today I went in and the manager told me they don’t know where the goggles are. No one in office seemed happy to be there. There were a couple of fake happy people working.The doctor was fantastic. Couldnt ask for better from him. Ended up leaving without the 2 pair of glasses i needed because of this. And the covid rules for. that office need to be eased up. Couldnt bring wife in to help pick out/purchase glasses with insurance. But i was allowed to take frames outside show them to her and come back in. Makes no sense. RecommendedMy husband and I went for an eye exam and glasses. We were pleased with the OCVID safety protocols in place (temp check, hand sanitizer, social distancing). Dr. Simeus Angeline was wonderful, explaining everything the various tests revealed. The staff members that took care of us were very customer-focused and made the entire experience very pleasant. Kudos to David F, Omar R, and Vishal N.
Extremely rude lady that works at this location. Very implant unprofessional. I wish I knew her name but she is the heavy set African American woman that works there. I’ve been coming here for over 10 yrs. This is the side where you pick up your glasses. Someone needs to teach her customer service. Will never go back.
