Hello all, I would like to thank the staff at the Spokane Washington ( Northtown Mall ) location. The store was clean and organized, meeting the needs for the local C-19 protocols. Erin assisted me with my purchase of my new glasses. She was professional and very customer service centered. I appreciate the assistance given to me, it was worth the drive. I’m a single mom with 3 kids 1 of them disabled. For me to get around is a little hard. I make some time to take my son to get new glasses. I didn’t know I need an appointment. When we got there this lady opens the door and ask me what do I need and I explained to her that my son need new glasses and that is hard for me to get around, she was rude and didn’t care. By far the worse customer service ever. I had an appointment on 9/19. My daughter needs Biofinity contacts and they take about 5 weeks to come in, give or take. Said they would call as soon as they were in. Well it is almost 8 weeks and I have not received a call. I have called several times, I am talking about 100 times. Of those times, no one answers and there is no voicemail. The one time I did get thru, yes ONE AND ONLY time, the woman couldn't find anything for me and said the guy who did my order wasn't in, but he was ... read more

I have not been able to speak to anyone at the store. Ever. They do not answer their phone. My son's glasses were supposed to be in October 28th. He has now been without his glasses for over 2 weeks and I cannot talk with anyone. This is deplorable. I have sent emails, I have been on hold for hours at a time. No response. I will be sure to never use this company again.
