Horrible experience my daughters glasses broke 3 times in less than a year. Wanted to give her the same frames that will probably break again. Paid a lot of money for low quality. Never will go here again.
RecommendedI walked in on a Saturday afternoon with a scratched cornea (self diagnosis at the time). My eye was throbbing, leaking fluid, and I could barley keep it open. Maxine, was very VERY helpful. She mad sure I did not wait long and rushed me in to see Dr. Lavine who was phenomenal. Turned out I had a scratched cornea right down the middle. YAY! Great customer service and super friendly staff. They helped me narrow down my selection and ultimately the final pair which I absolutely love! Would definitely recommend!
Had the best customer service experience yesterday while visiting Visionworks in Novi. My son needed some glasses and we were able to find some affordable and stylish glasses thanks to Jasmine. She was professional, kind and very patient with us. As a matter of fact the staff as a whole are awesome!
Had the best experience at the store in Novi. From the knowledge of the employees to the selection everything was wonderful. I wont be going anywhere else!
