I just had to come on here and shoutout Laith at the Visionworks location in Novi he made my day by making sure I got my contacts jus days before my trip. I literally called over 5 stores and no one had my contacts available or I would have to purchase a certain amount and still wait 🙄 but Laith was kind enough to hold a box for me and greeted me with nothing but great vibes 😍 I can’t wait to return!
I was shocked to not get an eye glass cloth to clean my new glasses and am not sure if near sighted script is right. When selling packages for new glasses make sure customers can see..
I had a wonderful experience today at the Novi location of Visionworks! The staff and doctor were all very helpful and knowledgeable. My eye exam was great. The doctor spent extra time to accurately get my eye prescription right where it needed to be. I would love to give an extra shout out to Laith, who provided me with excellent customer service. I had a great experience today at the Vision Works in Novi! Dr. Lavine was so nice, helpful and professional! He taught me things about my vision and vision exams that I had never heard in about 43 years of wearing glasses. Laith was the charming young man that helped me pick my glasses. He was kind and patient and incredibly helpful. He has a wonderful, funny personality and I felt very comfortable having him help me decide which glasses were flattering and which ones weren’t. Jasmine was very helpful walking me through my first time getting glasses. She helped picking out some beautiful glasses ti fit me. I just love them. My over all experience was great. Very friendly staff.
