This is my second lease and I am so disappointed. 2013 rouge with 30,000 miles. I HAD to replace two tires at 22,000 miles now two more. Also needs brake work. All to pass inspection. I feel like they sell you cheap cars with cheap parts that just do not last. Managers just look at you like all of this is totally normal. You should not have to put over $1000 into a lease, barely 2 years into it
Had oil change done, brought both fobs in since one had been replaced with dead battery last time then didn't almost get my other set back! Also old oil change sticker was removed but a new one was not put on.
Vision Nissan rocks! I have been working with them for a few years now! I am on my second leased Pathfinder! I am so happy with my Pathfinders! 2013 and 2014! The personnel are awesome! From service, sales and management! Never been happier! I have been through many dealerships in the past, I am sticking with these guys! Thank you to all of you at Vision Nissan! I've bought 3 cars from Bobby McMullen. Each experience better than the last. He always goes the extra mile. I'm very excited to hear he is the GM because I'm sure his commitment to Nissan and vision they will continue to provide great service and product. I love my vision
Contacting Nissan. Can't believe how poor the service has been.
I will NEVER recommend Vision to anyone. Furthermore, I will never purchase another Nissan again. Customer Service is the worst!
