I am still awaiting my update from the case I started. I have a Nissan Armada so nothing is cheap on that vehicle. The person that contact me make it seems like I was concerned with parts reimbursement when my major concern was safe of my vehicle and the lies told to me when I got the vehicle. The service I received and the little concern for the customer very poor. I have years of problems and now that I am almost finish with payments there is a lot more parts failing.
RecommendedThey really get you in and out for your repairs .. The shuttle Driver John is nice .. Makes great conversation about updating his FLIP phone ...lol ....Hint Hint Nissan

Bought/leased 7 cars from them and always had a pleasant sales experience. Now had to go to the dealers body shop and they do not communicate even being basically next door, they wont do the free oil changes i received on my most recent lease and when they say about a week for repairs it turns to over 2 weeks and still waiting. Horrible customer service and will cost them my future business. Definitely buy a car from them but have someone else service it .

My appointment was at 12:30 for an Alignment & an oil change & here it is after 2:30 & I'm still waiting after people who were walk ins with the same service left before me 😡
The problems are endless with this place but the service department is the worst! Never buy a car here.
Sold us a vehicle that was a "Dealer Demo, As new" told us the warranty started when we took delivery, and not including the miles on it at delivery. Well, when it comes to the time we need to replace the air conditioner control assembly at $800 (a three year old car!!!), we're told it wasn't covered because the 36k miles had elapsed. And of course NOBODY has any recollection about what the salesman told us at delivery. TO BOOT, we get it fixed after 7 days in the shop and the brakes are making a horrible scraping noise!
