My first experience with buying a car from a dealership and it has been terrible from beginning to current status. I advise anyone and everyone who will listen to stay away. My biggest regret was buying my used truck from them. If i could rate them negative stars i would. Shame on these cons
Very unprofessional! Service department is the worst. There was a recall on an airbag and they didn't bolt down my passenger seat when they gave me back my vehicle. They have lost the wheel lock key to my tires in addition to losing my key fob. I go to pick up my car after they've serviced it... and they ask me, "Do you have the key"? How is it possible for me to have the key if you just serviced me vehicle! They spent an hour looking for the key... Headache after headache at this place! Great bunch of people at Vision Nissan! My salesman Bill Molina was great. Service manager gave me very helpful information.
They're VERY unprofessional! They don't update you and don't return calls! Connie is amazing, however. She was in contact, but unfortunately she wasn't apart of the sales department. Save your time and go somewhere else!
